Kearney No. 2
This old one-room school house in Bellaire, Michigan closed it's doors in 1931. Seems like a tattered page from a history book now. Most of her students have since faded from this world. These four walls have stood for merely a tick of the clock, beneath the stars as old as time. Yet at the time school was in session, on a winter's morning while night still lingered, would the students not gaze at the same bright stars? How do you suppose this scene might have looked different a century ago?
